NBA Owns Christmas

NBA claims the Christmas Holiday

Why the NBA has claimed Christmas as it very own.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas Holiday, spent time with Your family or got the gifts that
You wanted.  Some people were very happy with the extra gifts they received from the NBA this
year. 5 games on throughout the whole day, that has NBA salivating after a new XBOX1.  One
group of sports fans had an average day, being subjected to Aunt Ruth's version of Jingle Bells.
Stuck playing back yard Football with Uncle Ron, recanting stories from 8th grade

The NBA owns Christmas, there is no Football on at all.  It is the final week of the NFL and
Christmas Day lands on a Thursday.  Thursday!  Where the Hell is Thursday Night Football!!
The NFL was active for Thanksgiving and so was the NFL  The NFL chose to leave us all alone
on Christmas.  Waking up with the desire to see our favorite teams face off in the trenches.
Fighting for their last hopes of making the Playoffs, or just trying to spoil someone's hope.  We
NFL fans like the Grinchy spirit that comes with seeing a Wildcard team fall from grace by the
hands of the Oakland Raiders.  Watching the Cowboys lock up a 1st round by versus the
Washington Redskins.  I Love NBA action, but their is No Sport like Football. It gets everyone so
amped as a DB is flagged for a Personal Foul for targeting, but Man it was way better than
Uncle Ron's story.

Although this was the 2nd year that the NBA had a fight on Christmas Day,
the Producers might be getting the point.  I would love to see both sports have options on
Christmas Day.  I have an idea....How about a terrible Bowl Game on Christmas, they seem to
take the day off.  I know there are a few games on the 26th that could be played on Christmas
Day.  Give the true Football Fan what they want for Christmas.... A game with Playoff
Championship games.
Implications.
