One of those career choices people have speculated is that he could be a manager of a major league team one day. Jeter had a player option for 9.5 million that he could've took advantage of but the Yankees took care of their living legend.

An abysmal performance against the Detroit Tigers in the ALCS culminated in a sweep just the other day.  After hitting an anemic combined .157 in the championship series, the finger pointing has begun in New York.
