Another night in the NBA brings another Nitecap Blog. Tonight we get a late Halloween visit from the Boogieman, the 20 racks, and a marathon.

Boogieman

The Kings come back to beat the Clippers, thanks to 34 points, 17 boards from DeMarcus "Boogie" Cousins. If you watched the play of the Clips, then you could say they had a loss coming. Clips owner, Steve Ballmer, could not display his overreaction in the fourth quarter, but remained the team's biggest fan throughout the defeat.



Not a Sprint...It's a Marathon

A whole bunch of former NBA players and commissioner Adam Silver ran the NYC Marathon today. Steve Smith, Chris Mullin, Sam Perkins, Dikembe Mutumbo, Bernard King, and Charles Oakley ran a leg of the marathon.

20 Racks

The Knicks improve their record to 2-1 by beating the Charlotte Hornets, 96-93. Carmelo Anthony became the sixth youngest player to reach 20,000 points all-time. Congrats Melo...
