In ten years the Cleveland Browns have burned through six NFL head coaches. Why would anon take the job in the Dawg Pound!? They have fired two coaches in two years, and are now the only team with a head coach vacancy. We should hear in a few hours who they will hire.
Right now, Cleveland looks to be leaning towards the Bills DC Mike Pettine. The Browns were also pursuing the Broncos OC Adam Gase but he decided to withdraw from running. Who wouldn’t want to be driving an offense with Manning, Thomas, Welker, and more! Their last candidate is the Seahawks DC Dan Quinn. He leads the NFL’s leading defense, but Cleveland probably doesn’t want to wait until after the super bowl to hire the new main man.
It looks like Mike Pettine will be heading into Cleveland as the new head coach. He is supposed to hear his fate in just a few hours. Will he be the man who can put the Browns on the winning path?
