PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas (AP) -- Jourdan DeMuynck scored 27 points and grabbed seven rebounds as Prairie View beat undefeated Houston on Wednesday night.

DeMuynck was 10 of 17 from the field. Carl Blair scored 15. Montreal Scott added 10. Josh Eleby had seven rebounds.

Prairie View (4-5) led 44-39 at the half and shot 48.5 percent from the field for the game. Houston shot 49 percent from the field for the game.

TaShawn Thomas scored 23 points and made 11 rebounds. Danuel House added 20, Joseph Young 15 and Jherrod Stiggers 12 for the Cougars (5-1).

Arizona State 67, Arkansas-Pine Bluff 54
TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) -- Carrick Felix scored 21 points on 8 of 11 shooting as Arizona State used a second-half run in beating Arkansas-Pine Bluff 67-54 on Wednesday night.



The Sun Devils (5-1) ran off 17 straight points, including four 3-point baskets, to take a 54-39 lead with 9:11 remaining after leading by 11 in the first half.

Lazabian Jackson had a season-high 20 points to lead Arkansas-Pine Bluff (1-5).

The Golden Lions, whose first four defeats came by an average margin of 25 points, led 39-37 with 13:55 to play after Jackson hit a 17-footer. But the Golden Lions missed their next 10 shots.

Jonathan Gilling added 13 points, including two 3-pointers during the second-half run, for Arizona State.

Air Force 76, Jackson State 47
AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. (AP) -- Todd Fletcher scored 20 points on 7-of-12 shooting, dished out five assists and was one of many hot-shooting Falcons against Jackson State in a 76-47 rout for Air Force over the Tigers on Wednesday night.

Air Force (6-1) was an impressive 29 of 53 from the field, shooting at a 54.7 percent clip including 11 3-pointers made. The Falcons were 18 of 26 in the second half, a 69.2 percent mark.

Michael Lyons scored 14 points and pulled seven rebounds, and Mike Fitzgerald had 13 points for the Falcons. Kelsey Howard was the only Jackson State (0-4) player in double figures, scoring 16 points on 6-of-12 shooting including three 3-pointers.

Air Force led 30-18 at the break but went on an 11-2 run to start the second half capped by Fletcher's 3-pointer, making it 41-20 with 16:17 to go and the Falcons never looked back.
