The Lions had a chance to kick a field goal to tie the game in overtime against the Titans. Instead of kicking, Detroit went for it with a quarterback sneak and did not get close losing the game. In the post game press conference Coach Swartz said it was a miscommunication and the center snapped the ball in error.
