Garrett's first head coach decision comes during the first offensive possession. He decides not to challenge a questionable spot on a leap from Barber to get the first down. Really, Barber didn't have to leap in the first place. Garrett, by first look, seems more vocal with the players; congratulating the defense for limiting the Giant offense to only a field goal. Garrett, however, could not pass up a second challenge opportunity on a Dez Bryant catch in the endzone ruled not a catch. Called gets over turned...TD...Garrett is 1-0 in challenges so far. Buehler misses an extra point that costs my wife $25 on her football board! Wonder what it will cost me! They do get the ball back and Felix misses a rushing touchdown by a foot to end the 1st Qtr. Cowboys lead 6-3.
