Push or Flop: Nazr Mohammed Ejected for Fouling LeBron James in Wild Game 3

We can all agree it was a technical foul. This morning in most barbershops across the United States the debate heats up on whether LeBron James flopped in order to get the refs to eject Nazr Mohammed.

Chicago Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeaux added fuel to the flame in his postgame comments saying, "from my angle, I just say a guy basically flop, you know, and I'm going to leave it at that."

George Karl Named 2012-13 NBA Coach of the Year

After 21 straight winning seasons in the NBA, Denver Nuggets head coach George Karl has been awarded Coach of the Year for 2012-13. The Nuggets had a league best home record this season of 38-3 and grabbed the number three seed in the Western Conference playoffs.

Miami Heat coach Eric Spoelstra finished second in voting.

First Quarter Mavericks 30 Heat 22:
Mavericks come out aggressive taking a 13-5 lead at 7:26 mark of the first quarter. Darren Collison pushed the lead to 11, 18-7, with a good and one on a drive to the basket at 6:23 mark. Dirk entered the game after the timeout called by Heat and LeBron  quickly hit the next two field goals, one an alley-pop backwards dunk and the other a hard drive to basket taking advantage of slow Nowitzki. Heat cut the lead to 3 at 4:11 mark, 18-15. Chris Kaman has done his job in the first quarter with 6 point and 6 assists. Darren Collison leads all scorers with 7 points. Mavericks lead 30-22.

Wade back not enough for Heat; Lose 2nd straight on the road to Bucks 104-85

The reigning NBA champions, Miami Heat, drop to 6-6 on the road after losing second straight game. The Milwaukee Bucks beat Miami 104-85 and led the most of the game.

Dwayne Wade returned from his one game suspension hitting 24 points, 6 boards, and 4 assists in a losing effort.

Bucks guard Brandon Jennings played well contributing 25 points and 7 assists.

The Heat stay on the road for one more game, but in their home state to take on Orlando on the New Years Eve. They return home on Janurary 2nd to take on the Dallas Mavericks.
