Tony Romo not happy with Jason Garrett's playcalling after Atlanta loss

Dallas - The Cowboys lost to the Atlanta Falcons last night 19-13. Dallas started the game with two great drives on offense that only netted 6 points. This season quarterback Tony Romo has had to call more audibles than any other time in his career. The reason, based on a team insider, is his dislike for some of the plays head coach and offensive coordinator Jason Garrett is calling.

Jason Garrett, unlike most offensive coordinators, has to view everything from the field not an upper box that allows coaches to see the field from a birds eye view. Most offensive coordinators prefer to look at the defensive schemes from a higher perch to know what is going on. Due to his head coaching duties, he can't.

The source goes on to say that Romo has been very vocal about his dislike to Garrett and has critizied not just the plays, but the time it takes him to call them. Some personnel believe within the team that Garrett's plays do not fit Romo's gunslinger mentality or skill set.
