RF SPORTS RADIO PARTNERS WITH INDIEGOGO.COM TO KEEP "SPORTS TALK FROM A FAN'S PERSPECTIVE"

(Thanks to Indiegogo, RF Sports Radio will continue to keep delivering high quality content to the masses)

Our Story: September 2010, my wife dared me to quit listening to sports talk radio in the car and in her words, "do it yourself". After researching the internet for opportunites to get more sports opinions heard I realized that I can do it myself. I needed an angle...something the other talk shows did not have. That ingredient was my Dad, Royce Fisher. He and I talked sports all time anyway and this would add a different generations perspective that would make good entertainment. Plus, my Dad is entertainment himself. We had our first broadcast opening day of that NFL season and have not looked back since. In our short three years, we have gained a following of thousands of monthly visitors on www.RFSportsRadio.com and 800 downloads/ listeners of our podcast weekly, but advertisers are not knocking on our door. Our following came by the ability to cover the national sports just like the big guys. We have been able to attend some of the biggest sports events in the world over the last 3 years like:
  • 2011, 2012 NBA Finals
  • 2011, 2012 Ticket City Bowl
  • 2011, 2012 Cotton Bowl
  • 2011, 2012 Dallas Mavericks Season, to name drop a little...lol
Honestly, we have been blessed. High favor and high determination have gotten us pretty far. With your help we can go even farther! We want to buy new equipment that will give us the ability to broadcast live sporting events, do more videos, upgrade our site, and market more. With your help we can add more promotion to grow our show to wider audience by covering more sporting events nationwide. We have an opportunity this year to broadcast Texas high school football, AAU basketball, and become a credentialed media members of the NFL. With you help we can make this and more happen! Keep "Sports Talk from a Fan's Perspective when YOU want it" growing.
Thank you in advance,
Rodney Fisher
