NBA All-Star Starters Announced, Steph Curry Leader in Votes

The 2015 NBA All-Star starters will feature one big historic first and one surprising outcome. We will see the first ever sibling rivalry and the emergence of a new lead vote-getter.

Here are the the starters:

Eastern Conference:

Carmelo Anthony
LeBron James
John Wall
Pau Gasol
Kyle Lowry
Head Coach: Mike Budenholzer of the Atlanta Hawks

Western Conference:

Blake Griffin
Marc Gasol
Kobe Bryant
Stephen Curry
Anthony Davis
Head Coach: Steve Kerr of the Golden State Warriors

This will mark the first time ever two brothers will face-off as starters in the NBA All-Star game as Pau Gasol will tip-off against his brother Marc Gasol.

Also surprising is the lead vote-getter this year was not LeBron James. Instead, the best player on the best team in the league, Stephen Curry, was.

This will also be the first start for others like Anthony Davis, Kyle Lowry, and John Wall. Due to Kobe's shoulder injury, many believe that his replacement will be James Harden, Kevin Durant, or Russell Westbrook.
