No player has made it more clear in the public that "respect" is what he demands from his employee more than Dallas Cowboys all-pro reciever Dez Bryant,

After being suspended his last year of college, drafted by his favorite team only to be relegated to a constant chaperone, and dealing with media scrutiny to get $45 million guaranteed money was vindication for Dez.

No other wide receiver has scored more touchdowns in the NFL since Dez entered the league. He already on par to break all the receiving records held by any Cowboys receiver including the elite 88s like Michael Irvin and Drew Pearson.

With DeMarco Murray now a Philadelphia Eagle and Tony Romo finishing up his career in the next couple of seasons, Bryant has become the new face of the billion dollar franchise for years to come.

Dez Bryant will be the first to drive this $1.5 million machine
through the streets of Dallas.
South Dallas residents in the suburbs of DeSoto and Cedar Hill are accustomed to seeing the young Bryant cruise the streets in his Bentley GT. They can know get ready for the newly ordered $1.5 million Bugatti Veyron to make an appearance once delivered. Bryant will be the first in Dallas to own the vehicle. His ordered in Cowboys blue of course...

Bryant has been grossly misrepresented in most cases for his desire to win. His overly animated gestures on the sidelines are condemned by most, yet applauded by his teammates. It is now time for us all to embrace him a the teams co-leader with Romo. If was anything else, there is no way the would have signed him to such a big deal. The would have called his bluff instead.

"It's not often I'm going to come in and say 'Thank you social media.' But you cannot convince me that that did not have some bearing on getting the deal done because once Dez went out with that, 'I'm putting this on my kids. I'm going to miss that game.' — listen guys, y'all know what that means for a brother. To say, you know, 'I swear to you on my mama and on my daddy's grave, I'm putting this on my kids, that just means everything. I believe that definitely had an impact, because if he misses a game or two he's losing $800,000 a game, he could still come back and sign after that and then even force Jerry to give that money. 'Jerry, you want me to sign? Put it back on some type of way and I'll get back on.'" - Michael Irvin. Courtesy of G-Bag Nation on 105.3 the Fan

Dez has been taking full advantage of his newly signed status. Whether its hosting after parties with Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj, buying new cars, filiming commercial or "boarding in front of the W hotel, the young man is living it up.

Now that training camp has officially started in Oxnard, California...

Dallas has always had an affinity for the flashy and flamboyant. But winning is the only thing that determines your legacy in CowboysNation. Tony Romo may finish his career with every Cowboy passing record in the book, but much like Danny White's three NFC championship game appearances and "Dandy" Don Meredith, he will be forever behind the winners: Troy Aikman, Roger Staubach,

Dez now has to overcome the same hurdle to be the top #88. Drew Pearson has one championship and Michael Irvin has three. Both were vocal leaders on their teams.
