MLB: Rodney Signs With Mariners

The Mariners made another good signing by bringing in Closer Fernando Rodney. Rodney is known for having a top notch fastball that sits guys down.


The Mariners gave Rodney a 2 year $14 million deal. He is eligible for a $500,000 bonus.

Rodney is coming off a year where he saved 37 games for the Rays.

The Mariners are tired of being in the basement it seems Cano is the main pickup, but this is a nice move for their bullpen.
