MPFL: Wichita Falls Vipers vs Texas Knights
The Vipers, coming off a championship in their first season, come to Dallas to face the Texas Knights. Both teams are 1-0 to start the season. Coach Black of the Knights is very optimistic about the new season. He said, " I think we have more talent this year than 2006". That year the Knights won the title in the semi-pro league.
This will be their biggest test so far playing a team with only one loss in franchise history and that was in preseason. Speaking with the Vipers female owner they don't plan to lose again. The got their first win this season against the defending champs of the another semi-pro league that had an undefeated season last year also 39-20. The wind today will be the biggest factor to both offenses.
