As we look toward week 2 of the NFL season this upcoming Sunday, it is time for some picks and who better to guide you on which winners to pick than Omie D. Find out who he thinks will be celebrating victory at the end of Sunday.

Pittsburgh Vs Baltimore
Pittsburgh had a commanding performance putting up 30 last week, while Baltimore struggles to make the offense work. Neither defense looked as if they could stop Cotton. I am taking the over in this one at 44.5 and looking for Pittsburgh to cover the spread at +3 by Winning on Thursday Night.
Detroit Vs Carolina
The Lions looked like a Monster against a struggling Rams offense, even though the Rams defense is not too shabby. Cam Newton makes his return in this home opener for Carolina. Newton, Stafford, and Megatron will light this game up offensively but Detroit Defense is too much for Carolina. I am taking the Over on this one at 43.5 and Detroit will cover the +3 point spread and Win in this contest.
Houston Vs Oakland
With the Over/Under set at 39.5 in this game, I would take the Under. Each of the Offenses struggled against mediocre defenses Week 1. The Texans cover the spread at -2.5 and win by 4
Philadelphia Vs Indianapolis
Week 1 the Eagles looked like a NFL Duck Hybrid in the 2nd half putting up 3 unanswered Goals against the Jags. Andrew Luck and the Colts will not just lay down and die. The difference maker will be Whose defense steps up in the 4th. I am taking the Over in this one at 53.5 Week 2 is Offense week in the NFL. The game will be tight, but the Colts win and cover the -3 spread.
