I know for most of the Rams fan base, the Brian Quick train has shipped and sailed.  But I believe in Brian Quick's third season he will be very productive in the Ram's offense this year.

Often Quick has been compared to the likes of Vincent Jackson another receiver whose physical measures are pretty similar to Quick's. General Manager Les Snead also said he saw Jackson when they drafted Quick.
Brian Quick's first two seasons haven't been spectacular by any means for the first pick selected in the 2nd round in 2012. The Rams knew he would be a project when they drafted him. While Quick does not have 600 yards receiving with his first two years combined, the flashes he has shown in his first two seasons shows he is very much capable of doing.
To compare Jackson's second season to Quick, the numbers are a bit similar. Quick had 302 yards receiving last year in his second season Jackson had 453 yards in his second season they both averaged 16.8 yards per catch. Jackson did have six touchdowns his second season to Quick's two touchdowns, but you can also take into account QB Sam Bradford only played seven games last year.
In Jackson's third season, he broke the 600 yard mark having 623 yards receiving that year. Quick can see similar numbers this year; it will be his third year in the offense that will allow him to play much quicker.
After Bradford had gone down last year, the Rams offensive philosophy changed all receivers saw fewer opportunities as the Rams moved more into a ground and pound offense. But I think it's worth noting the last game Quick played with Bradford he had two catches for 97 yards against a very good Carolina Panthers defense. Those flashes show that Quick is capable of a 600 yard or more season.
All in all, Quick will have to be confident in his abilities and his progression this year for him to see 600 yards receiving or more. The Rams receiving corps are all competing for playing time, and Quick has shot to see a lot of snaps this year.

From a talent perspective, I don't think anyone questions Quick's abilities at 6'4 220 and 4.5 speed it has all been mental for him. He has been drawing rave reviews from training camp, and spectators are seeing Bradford growing more confidence in Quick. If Quick can transfer his consistency from camp to the regular season, he will indeed get 600 yards and will help this offense go to a new level of productivity.
