Rick Carlisle out for tonights game; Casey in as head coach

  Coach Carlisle out for tonights road game against the Oklahoma City Thunder due to a minor knee surgery. He should return for tomorrow nights home game versus Toronto. Dewane Casey will coach tonight in his absence.
